Shipping Information
Most of the in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours after all details of the order have been processed.
In general we ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground within the continental USA. Overseas shipments are done via USPS.
For furniture shipments we need your street address and a daytime phone number.
Furniture shipping charges will be quoted separately.
Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards in payment for your purchases, including sales tax, when applicable.
We do not offer C.O.D. delivery.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you need to return merchandise, add your packing slip, sales receipt to your package and return it to us prepaid and insured.
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days from date of purchase.
We refund cost of the product only minus a 15% restocking fee; shipping and handling will not be refunded unless it was our error. The same applies to the restocking fee.
