Shipping
Information
- Most of
the in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours after all details
of the order have been processed.
- In general
we ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground within the continental
USA.
- An additional
charge will apply for next-day and second-day air deliveries.
- For furniture
shipments we need your street address and a daytime phone number.
- Furniture
shipping charges will be quoted separately.

Payments:
- We accept
Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards in payment
for your purchases, including sales tax, when applicable.
- We do not
offer C.O.D. delivery.
Returns
and Exchanges:
- If you need
to return merchandise, add your packing slip, sales receipt to
your package and return it to us prepaid and insured.
- We accept
returns for exchange or refund within 30 days from date of purchase.
- We refund
cost of the product only minus a 15% restocking fee; shipping
and handling will not be refunded unless it was our error. The
same applies to the restocking fee.
